The company operates refineries in Mumbai, Kochi, and Bina, along with LPG bottling plants and lube blending facilities across India. BPCL's marketing infrastructure includes a network of installations, depots, retail outlets, aviation fueling stations, and LPG distributors. The company offers various petroleum products including petrol, diesel, LPG, CNG, and lubricants under brands like Bharatgas and MAK. As of March 31, 2023, the Government of India holds a 52.98% stake in BPCL. The company has expanded its operations through acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments in petrochemicals and city gas distribution networks. BPCL has also invested in upstream projects and international exploration activities.
