Jindal Stainless Limited is India's leading stainless steel producer with an integrated melting capacity of 1.1 MTPA, scalable to 3.2 MTPA. The company manufactures stainless steel flat products in Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, and Duplex grades. Its product range includes Ferro Alloys, Stainless Steel Slabs, Hot Rolled Coils, Plates and Sheets, Cold Rolled Coils and Sheets, and specialty products like precision strips and coin blanks. The company's manufacturing plants are located in Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, and Orissa. Jindal Stainless has undergone several expansions and acquisitions, including the acquisition of an Indonesian company and the establishment of a joint venture in Indonesia. The company has implemented a comprehensive Asset Monetization cum Business Reorganisation Plan, which involved demerger and slump sale of certain business undertakings. Jindal Stainless has also focused on developing new grades and variants for various applications, including lift and elevator segments, metro coaches, and railway foot-overbridges.
