Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSP) is an Indian integrated steel producer and part of the O.P. Jindal Group. The company operates manufacturing units in Raigarh, Angul, Barbil, and Patratu, with a total capacity of 9.6 MTPA of liquid steel and 6.65 MTPA of finished steel. JSP's product portfolio includes TMT bars, plates, coils, beams, columns, rails, and other steel products. The company also has captive thermal power generation capacity and interests in coal mining assets in Australia, Mozambique, and South Africa. JSP operates through three segments: Iron and steel products, Power, and Others. The company has achieved milestones such as producing India's longest 121-meter rails and introducing large-size parallel flange beams. In 2022-23, JSP divested its stake in Jindal Power Limited and acquired a 1,050 MW thermal power plant near its Angul Steel Plant.
