United Spirits Limited (USL) is India's largest alcoholic beverage company and a major consumer goods producer. It manufactures, sells, and distributes beverage alcohol, with a portfolio of over 80 brands including Scotch whisky, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) whisky, brandy, rum, vodka, and gin. USL produces and sells around 72 million cases annually. The company's key brands include McDowell's No.1, Royal Challenge, Signature, Antiquity, and Black Dog. USL also imports, manufactures, and distributes Diageo brands like Johnnie Walker, Smirnoff, and Ciroc in India. The company operates in two segments: Beverage alcohol and Sports, with the latter managing sports franchises. USL has a presence in Popular, Prestige, Premium, and Luxury segments, and operates primarily in India with some international operations.
