Adani Wilmar Limited, founded in 1999, is a joint venture between Adani Group of India and Wilmar Group of Singapore. It is one of India's largest FMCG companies, primarily providing edible oils, vanaspati, and specialty fats. The company offers various cooking oils, vegetable ghee, and other food products under brands like Fortune, King's, Raag, Bullet, Fryola, Jubilee, Aadhar, Kohinoor, Charminar, and Trophy. Adani Wilmar serves households and institutional buyers through a wide distribution network and exports to countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Ukraine, and Ghana. The company operates in three segments: Edible Oils, Food & FMCG, and Industry Essentials, which includes non-edible oils and chemical products. Over the years, Adani Wilmar has expanded its product portfolio, increased production capacities, and made strategic acquisitions to strengthen its market position.
