Kaynes offers PCB assembly, cable harness, magnetics, and plastics manufacturing, as well as product design and engineering services. The company has manufacturing facilities across India, including in Mysore, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chennai, Bengaluru, Manesar, and Pune. Kaynes Technology went public in November 2022 with an Initial Public Offer. The company serves sectors such as automotive, industrial, aerospace and defense, medical, railways, and IT.
