The company operates in four segments: Electronics, Electricals, Consumer Durables, and Sunflame. Its product range includes voltage stabilizers, inverters, batteries, solar power systems, water heaters, wires, cables, fans, and kitchen appliances. V-Guard has manufacturing facilities across multiple states in India and maintains a nationwide distribution network with 32 branches and over 50,000 channel partners. The company has expanded through acquisitions, including Guts ElectroMech Ltd and Sunflame Enterprises Private Limited, which are now wholly-owned subsidiaries. V-Guard has also merged with Simon Electric Private Limited to strengthen its market position.
