It provides equity broking, research services, and marketing of equity-related products to domestic and foreign institutional investors. The company is registered as a trading and clearing member with major stock exchanges in India. It offers margin trading, distribution of financial products, and investment advisory services. As of March 31, 2022, the company had 71 branches across 57 cities. Nuvama Wealth Management Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NWML), with PAGAC Ecstasy Pte. Limited as a promoter. Pacific Alliance Group (PAG) acquired a controlling stake in NWML in FY 2020-21.
