The company is divided into segments including Fabric Care, Dishwashing, Household Insecticides, Personal Care, and Others. Key brands include Ujala, Maxo, Exo, Margo, and Henko. The company has expanded through acquisitions, joint ventures, and product launches. In 2023, it merged with its wholly-owned subsidiary Jyothy Fabricare Services Limited. Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited is a subsidiary of the company.
