The company operates in three segments: Hospitality (Hotels), Real Estate, and Rental/Annuity Business. Its portfolio includes 10 operational hotels across mainstream and luxury segments, as well as commercial spaces totaling 1.2 million square feet. The company's properties are located in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Lonavala, and New Delhi. Chalet Hotels has partnerships with global hospitality brands and is developing new projects, including a hotel at IGI Airport in New Delhi. The company has undergone several name changes since its incorporation in 1986 and went public through an IPO in 2018. Recently, it has acquired new properties, merged with subsidiary companies, and undertaken renovation and expansion projects at various locations.
