TTML serves approximately 0.8 million wireline and wireless subscribers through telephone exchanges in various cities. The company has evolved from offering basic telephony services to providing advanced solutions like Smartflo cloud communication suite, Smart Internet Leased Line, and various security and collaboration tools. TTML has partnerships with Microsoft and Google for cloud infrastructure and workspace productivity tools. As of March 31, 2022, Tata Teleservices Limited owns 48.30% of TTML's equity shares, while Tata Sons Private Limited owns 19.58%.
