Aegis Logistics Limited is an integrated oil, gas, and chemical logistics company in India. It operates in two main segments: Liquid Terminal Division and Gas Terminal Division. The company imports and distributes Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG), provides storage and terminalling facilities for LPG and chemical products, and operates shore-based tank farm installations for handling bulk liquids. Aegis has storage facilities in Mumbai, Haldia, Kandla, Pipavav, and Mangalore. The company distributes LPG cylinders and appliances to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers through a network of distributors. Aegis has expanded its operations over the years, including commissioning new terminals, increasing storage capacities, and forming strategic partnerships. Recent developments include the operationalization of a new LPG terminal at Kandla, commissioning of a Pipavav LPG Bottling Plant, and expansion of liquid terminals at Haldia.
