The company operates through three distribution channels: B2C, B2E, and B2B2C, supported by websites, mobile apps, and a network of travel agents. The company has expanded internationally with subsidiaries in the UK, Singapore, UAE, Philippines, USA, Thailand, and New Zealand. It has served over 14 million customers, providing access to more than 400 airlines and 51,000+ registered travel agents across India.
