Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited (GAEL) is an agro-processing conglomerate founded in 1991. The company specializes in maize products, edible oils, and ingredients for food, pharmaceutical, and animal nutrition industries. GAEL operates manufacturing plants across multiple Indian states, producing solvent extraction products, edible oil refining, cotton yarn spinning, maize-based starch and derivatives, wheat processing, cattle feed, and power generation through various sources. The company has expanded its operations over the years, including investments in windmills, biogas plants, and new maize processing facilities. GAEL has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Mohit Agro Commodities Processing Private Limited and Maiz Citchem Limited.
