It manufactures and trades in refrigerant gases, caustic soda, chloromethane, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), fluoropolymers, fluoromonomers, specialty fluorointermediates, and specialty chemicals. The company serves both domestic and international markets, with exports to Europe, Americas, Japan, and Asia. It operates two ISO-certified manufacturing plants in Gujarat, India. The company has overseas subsidiaries in the Americas, Germany, Singapore, and a joint venture in India. Gujarat Fluorochemicals has been expanding its product range, investing in new technologies, and focusing on the electric vehicle sector. It is also developing greener processes for various products and has announced significant capital expenditure plans for expansion in battery chemicals and fluoropolymers.
