It operates manufacturing units in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. Schaeffler India offers products and services in three business segments: Automotive, Industrial, and Automotive Aftermarket. The company has undergone several name changes and expansions since its incorporation in 1962. In 2017, it merged with INA Bearings India Private Limited and LuK India Private Limited. Schaeffler India has received various certifications and awards for its quality and performance. The company has made significant investments in expanding its facilities and capabilities, including the establishment of new manufacturing and R&D facilities. It has also launched new product lines and expanded its distribution network, including ventures into neighboring countries.
