Graphite India Ltd is a manufacturer of graphite electrodes and related products. The company operates in three segments: Graphite and Carbon, Power, and Others. Its main products include graphite electrodes, calcined petroleum coke, impervious graphite equipment, glass reinforced plastic pipes, and steel. The company also generates renewable energy. Graphite India has manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka, and Jharkhand. It serves customers in industries such as steel manufacturing, cutting tools, chemicals, fertilizers, polymers, and effluent treatment. The company has an installed power generation capacity of 18 MW through hydel route for captive consumption. Graphite India has expanded its production capacity over the years and acquired overseas subsidiaries to enhance its global presence.
